Terms of Use
Using these terms
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Orders may only be placed by adult customers who can enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate and complete information and use the website for lawful purposes.
Products and prices
Product descriptions, pack sizes, images and availability are provided for general information and may change without notice. The product supplied will match the product in your accepted order, subject to availability and any corrections communicated to you.
Prices, applicable charges and delivery costs are shown at checkout before you submit your order. Where a prescription is required, the order will be processed only after the required prescription has been received and checked. We may correct an obvious pricing or product error and give you the option to cancel the affected order.
Orders and confirmation
To place an order, check the products, quantities, delivery details and total cost, then submit the order using the checkout process. An automated message may acknowledge receipt, but it does not by itself mean the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch it, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, required prescription information is missing or there is an error in the order. If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any amount paid for the cancelled products.
Payment
You must use a payment method offered at checkout and have authority to use it. Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is dispatched. Your payment provider may apply its own terms or fees.
If payment is declined or reversed, we may pause or cancel the order and contact you about the issue. If the final price changes because of a correction or an agreed change, we will seek your approval before taking any additional payment.
Delivery and parcels
We deliver to the address entered at checkout, using the delivery option and estimated timing shown there. Delivery timing is an estimate and may be affected by availability, address details, carrier events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, opened, contains the wrong product or appears to have been stored improperly, do not use the affected medicine. Keep the packaging and contact us so we can investigate. You are responsible for providing a secure delivery address and for any delivery instructions you provide.
Changing or cancelling an order
You may ask to change or cancel an order before it is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that a request can be acted on once processing has started. Contact us as soon as possible and provide your order details.
You may also have a right to cancel within the period set by applicable law. Cancellation may not be available for products that cannot legally or safely be returned after dispatch, opening or use. We will explain any applicable restriction at checkout or when you contact us.
Returns and refunds
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible for return, contact us before sending it back. Returns must be made within the period set by applicable law or as stated at checkout, and products should be returned in the condition required for the applicable return right.
When a return or refund is approved, the refund will normally be made to the original payment method. The amount and any delivery costs refunded will depend on the reason for the return and applicable law. We may ask for information or evidence needed to assess a return.
Health information and medicines
Information on this site is general information only. It does not replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. You should follow the instructions of your doctor and the package leaflet, including instructions about dose, use, storage and warnings.
Before using a medicine, check that it is suitable for you and tell your doctor or pharmacist about allergies, other medicines, pregnancy, breastfeeding or relevant health conditions. Do not start, stop or change a medicine or its dose without appropriate professional advice. Where a prescription is required, a valid prescription must be provided and checked before the medicine is supplied.
Responsibility and updates
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, incorrect information supplied by you, or use of a product contrary to its instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms and Conditions by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
